Rina Alshehri
Rina Alshehri is a senior Law student at King Abdulaziz University with a growing focus on corporate law, regulatory matters, and business innovation. She combines legal training with entrepreneurship and leadership experience, building a profile at the intersection of law, strategy, and impact. Professionally, Rina completed legal training at KN&P, where she worked across more than 30 regulatory, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and corporate law matters, strengthening her practical exposure to legal advisory and business transactions. She will also begin her legal internship at Baker McKenzie this summer, further advancing her experience in international legal practice. Alongside her legal development, Rina has been recognized for achievements in entrepreneurship and innovation through national competitions including the Misk Global Forum x Uber Hackathon, the Innovation Challenge organized by the General Authority for Competition, and the KACST Energy Hackathon. Her entrepreneurial project, Salis, received national recognition and was honored by the Saudi Youth for Sustainability Organization, while progressing through national and international accelerator programs. Academically and professionally, she has participated in selective programs including Mustashar Accelerator, BCG Jeel Tamooh Leadership Training, BCG Rua'a Qaidat, and Misk Leadership Ignited Voices, and has successfully completed the Capital Market Authority qualification examination. Her leadership experience includes serving as Board Secretary at Nuqsh NPO, spans board governance, ambassador program management, and major university initiatives and competitions, supported by nearly 1,000 volunteer hours across law, sustainability, and innovation.
